Fender CTC-55M Telecaster Custom Reissue MIJ 1984 Black TC-72 Vintage Japan Fujigen w/ Bag

This Fender CTC-55M Telecaster Custom plays and sounds great! This is essentially a TC-72 Reissue and is comprised of an alder body, "C" shape maple neck, and maple fretboard. This example features an "E" serial prefix and was made in the famed Fujigen factory in Japan between 1984 and 1987.   

This guitar does show some cosmetic wear from over the years that includes various surface scratches, scuffs, dents, and finish chips throughout the body with additional dings along the back of the neck and headstock. The guard has been partially cut and there are two small holes that appear to have been drilled above the bridge pickup hardware. The hardware shows tarnishing and oxidation from over time and there's lacquer wear on the maple fretboard. The frets are used but still play great and the electronics work as they should. 

The knobs have been replaced, otherwise this guitar appears to be original.
