Yamaha SA-50 Hollow Body MIJ 1967 Cherry Red Vintage Japan w/ OHSC

This is a super cool made in Japan vintage Yamaha SA-50 from around 1967, one of the first Yamaha electric guitars! The pickups sound great, and this guitar plays well, with a comfortable neck profile.  

This guitar does show normal cosmetic wear for its age that includes various surface scratches, scuffs, and dents throughout the body with additional dings along the back of the neck and headstock. The hardware also shows normal tarnishing and the binding and pearl inlays have yellowed from over time. The frets show quite a bit of play wear but still play well overall and the electronics work as they should.

This guitar is all original.
